Murambi Hill

Murambi Hill is located in the Bujumbura Rural province of Burundi, within the Mumirwa region. This area is renowned for its high elevations, providing ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality Arabica coffee, predominantly of the Bourbon variety. The combination of altitude, fertile soil, and favorable climate contributes to the distinctive flavor profiles associated with coffees from this region.

Murambi Washing Station

The Murambi washing station collaborates with local smallholder farmers, each typically cultivating less than one hectare of land. By providing a centralized processing facility, the station supports these farmers in improving coffee quality, thereby enhancing their livelihoods and promoting sustainable agricultural practices within the community.

Burundi Murambi fully washed coffee exemplifies the synergy between meticulous processing techniques and the unique terroir of Muramvya, delivering a distinctive and high-quality coffee experience.
