Roasted Hazelnut, Caramel, Soft Citrus Finish

The San Vicente coffee mill has been a cornerstone of coffee production in the Santa Bárbara region for decades. Today, it works closely with smallholder farmers to process and export coffee while maintaining traceability and quality.
Many of these farms are only a few acres in size and are run by families who have been cultivating coffee for generations.
By working with mills like San Vicente, Cedar Bean's LLC can ensure that farmers receive better access to international markets and more sustainable pricing for their harvests.

High in the Santa Bárbara mountains of western Honduras, coffee farms sit above the mist that rises from nearby Lake Yojoa. In this cool mountain air, small family farms grow coffee slowly under shade trees, allowing the beans to develop deep sweetness and complexity.
Our Honduras San Vicente coffee comes from these high-elevation farms and is processed through the renowned San Vicente mill, a hub that has helped connect local farmers with specialty coffee roasters around the world.
The result is a coffee that is both comforting and vibrant — the kind of cup that reminds you why you fell in love with coffee in the first place.
It shines as a morning drip coffee, where its chocolate and nutty sweetness take center stage.
Honduras San Vicente is a coffee that feels both refined and comforting.
